Hotel PoliciesSmoking:Although the hotel is “Smoke Free”, we have several outdoor areas with comfortable seating to accommodate smokers. These include both covered and open porches and a second floor balcony. Pets:We do not allow pets to stay in the hotel, but certainly understand the importance and companionship many pets provide their owners. As such, we can make arrangements to board pets at a local veterinarian office. However, we require at least one weeks notice to make arrangements. Arrival and Departure:

Payment:We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and cash for room reservations. Checks are only accepted in the Lemon Tree gift shop. Guarantee / Cancellation Policy:A valid credit card is required to guarantee a reservation until the date of arrival. Cancellations must be 72 hours (3 days) prior to the date of arrival for individual rooms. Large group (10 or more rooms) cancellations must be made at least two months (60 days) prior to the arrival date. Cancellations made less than 72 hours for individual rooms and two months for groups will be charged the full room rate. Our cancellation policy may vary on select weekends, holidays, and special events. Should the date of your reservation fall on one of these dates, the cancellation policy will be provided at the time the reservation is made. Spirits:The Glen Hotel is unable to sell alcohol but guests are more than welcome to bring their own wine, beer or liquor if consumed in a responsible manner.
